  Never go there very bad advise bought shoes from them it was so uncomfortable so I ask them to replace that shoes with different shoes they start argue very bad customer service better go to parramatta they r very nice. Nd the price r same so what the difference factory outlets nd the normal shop same price wouldn't recommend anyone to go dfo Skechers

  My family received an excellent customer service from Cass today. She was very helpful and patient. Even the store is really busy, she gave her best to find what we needed with a smile. I hope you have more staff like her.

  Was here with my girlfriend and her parents who are from overseas. Her father was trying on shoes next to another customer and one staff member comes over to find an empty box and starts asking them where the pair of shoes are that belong to that box. The fact was that pair was tried by the other customer who had then just put them back on the shelf rather than back in the box. Instead my girlfriend's parents were harassed in an accusing tone. Very unpleasant experience.

  I am very happy with the service I received at Sketchers Homebush today. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgable. I'm sad I didn't get their names but both guys were extremely helpful and happy to help in any way they could. I walked away confident in my purchase and definitely planning on going back!
